Brief Company Description
On July 5th, 2011, a then fresh out of college 23-year-old Charlie passed his real estate exam and a career in real estate was born. Over the next 12 years, what began as showing Uptown rentals to anyone willing to go, Charlie is now one of the top producing brokers at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in the Charlotte office.
Charlie is a native of the Charlotte region having grown up on Lake Wylie in Belmont, NC. Over his years of experience in the business, he has successfully sold over 300 properties in North and South Carolina.
Charlie has expansive knowledge of Uptown and the surrounding neighborhoods from working with an urban focused firm for the first 4 years of his career. Since moving to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015, Charlie has expanded his reach and knowledge to Concord, Belmont, Lake Norman, Chester, and everywhere in between.
In his leisure time, Charlie loves racing, golfing, water sports, traveling, and spending time with his wonderful wife, Molly, son Gus, daughter Winnie and sheepdog Harry. Charlie and his family live in a historic home, circa 1890, nestled in the Historic District of Concord, NC.
