Chuck Cooper is the Founder & CEO of WhiteWater Consulting, a Business Consulting practice that specializes in HR for small and mid-size organizations. He is the author of Unprecedented: Building a Multi-Generational Business on Trust, Respect, and the Valuing of People.

During the past twenty-six years, Chuck has had the privilege of serving and supporting some of the best small and mid-size companies throughout the US.

As part of his purpose today, Chuck spends his days working with business owners and leadership teams helping them connect with their people. Chuck believes that people are a company’s greatest asset, which is why he is passionate about helping bridge the gap within a multi-generational workforce and building trust throughout the organization.

Chuck and his wife Debbie have been married for 37 years, have three grown kids, 10 grandkids and when he is not working with clients, he is helping Debbie with her business, Sweet Boutique Bakery located in Ballantyne.
